Deed Restrictions
As you know, Lake Dexter Woods is a deed restricted community, and the intent of the rules is to help maintain property values. All exterior changes to your property require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to preserve and protect the natural beauty of Lake Dexter Woods.
